The Fireplace features seasonal menus that are rich with the bounty of the region. Chef/Owner Jim Solomon with his love of New England and its heritage has inspired menus that focus on fresh local ingredients, native seafood, artisanal cheeses and only the highest quality meats.  From our Signature Spit-Roasted Maple Glazed Half Chicken to our ‘House Dry-Aged’ Sirloin we strive to make every dish reveal the flavors and essence of New England cuisine with each savory bite.
